The Oakland Chinatown Chamber of Commerce will hold it's 24th Anniversary Spring Banquet on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Legendary Palace Restaurant in Oakland Chinatown. Festivities begin at 5:30PM with a reception and silent auction. Dinner and program begins at 7:00PM.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Fernando Cheung, Professor of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Legislative Council Hong Kong SAR Government 2004 ~ 2008.

The program will include special recognition for:

• Gateway Bank
• Shoong Family Chinese Cultural Center
• Summit Medical Center

Chamber members should have received their invitations with details on how to RSVP. The deadline to respond is April 18, 2009.

The Spring Banquet is a fundraising event and the premier networking event for the Oakland Chinatown Chamber of Commerce. Ticket pricing is as follows, $70 for individual ticket(s), $700 for a Community Table of 10, $1500 for a Major Sponsor of 10 (includes program logo and literature display at the event), $2500 for a Presenting Sponsor Table of 10 (includes program logo, 2 minutes of speaking time, and literature display at the event).
